Returns

I want you to love your order. If something isn't quite right, here's what you need to know.

General Returns

For qualifying orders, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and original condition.

The direct cost of returning an item for a general return is the customer's responsibility.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, deffective, or you have received the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible.

Please include photographs and/or a description of the issue where possible. This helps me understand what happened and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective, I will cover the reasonable cost of returning the item.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email me at designbyxenorra@gmail.com.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. I'll confirm whether the return qualifies and provide the return instructions.
  4. Send the item only after receiving those instructions.

Return Conditions

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, in the original packaging and original condition.
  • Items must be safely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • Please do not send a return without contacting me first.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Earrings that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Sale items will not be accepted for return unless they are damaged or incorrectly supplied goods. 
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Refunds

I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
